1Introduction

Welcome to Bhuvi Tours & Travels. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2Services Provided

Bhuvi Tours & Travels provides vehicle rental and tour facilitation services. By booking a ride through our website or official channels, you enter into a binding agreement with us.

3Booking and Payment Plan

To ensure vehicle availability and a seamless experience, the following payment structure applies:

Advance Payment:A 20% advance is required to confirm your booking.

Trip Commencement:60% to 70% of the remaining total tariff must be paid at the start of the journey.

Trip Completion:The final remaining balance must be settled on the final day before drop-off.

Accepted Payment Methods:Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cash.

4Cancellations and Refunds Summary

Vehicle Cancellations:

48 Hours or More Notice: 100% refund of advance payment.
24 to 48 Hours Notice: 50% refund of advance payment.
Under 24 Hours Notice: Non-refundable.

Accommodation: Refunds for hotel bookings are strictly subject to the specific hotel’s own cancellation policy.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 4 – 5 business days. Please note that bank/gateway transaction fees are non-refundable.

5User Conduct & Vehicle Rules

Provide accurate and current information during booking

Strictly No Smoking & No Alcohol inside the vehicle

Cooperate with the driver to maintain vehicle cleanliness

Refrain from eating inside vehicle to prevent Odors & garbage

Respect the driver and follow safety instructions

6Hill Station & Route Specifics

AC Usage:Air Conditioning (AC) will be switched off during uphill climbs in hill stations (e.g., Ooty, Kodaikanal, Munnar) for engine performance and vehicle safety.

Tolls & Permits:Unless explicitly stated, all Tolls, Parking fees, and Interstate Permits are to be paid by the customer at actual cost.

Driver Bata:For multi-day trips, a night allowance (Driver Bata) is applicable for duties extending beyond 10:00 PM.

7Physical Damage

Customers are responsible for any physical damage to the vehicle or accommodation property caused by themselves or their guests during their stay or travel.

8Limitation of Liability

Bhuvi Tours & Travels is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen events (Force Majeure) such as landslides, heavy rains, strikes, or mechanical breakdowns, though we will assist with alternative arrangements.
